3035908 - How to Find the Identity Authentication / Identity Provisioning Tenant Administrator Information or Tenant URL?

Symptom

  • There is a need to know who are the current SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) or Identity Provisioning (IPS) tenant Administrator and/or the URL of the tenant.
  • There is a need to add more IAS and IPS Administrators to the tenant.

Note: SAP strongly recommends to set at least 2 administrators in case one of them is not available.
