3036184 - Fiori App "My travel request"/"My expense report" - Button "Save as Draft" is missing

Symptom

Fiori App "My travel expense report Version 2", "My travel requests Version 2":

when creating a new expense report or travel request/editing an already existing one the option "Save as Draft" is missing.
