How to block incoming e-mails to ensure that unnecessary tickets are not created?
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
E-mail addresses or domains can be blocked to ensure that unnecessary tickets are not created:
- Go to the Administrator work centre.
- Go to the Service and Social view.
- Click Ticket Configuration link.
- Enter the e-mail addresses / domains under E-mail Filters section.
