How to block incoming e-mails to ensure that unnecessary tickets are not created?

E-mail addresses or domains can be blocked to ensure that unnecessary tickets are not created:

  1. Go to the Administrator work centre.
  2. Go to the Service and Social view.
  3. Click Ticket Configuration link.
  4. Enter the e-mail addresses / domains under E-mail Filters section.
