3036474 - In app "Schedule MRP Runs", other plants can be selected even if restriction has been set for specific plant

In the business catalog of app "Schedule MRP Runs", restriction has been set for specific plant in "Restriction Type" : MRP Controller.
However, when scheduling a new job in "Schedule MRP Runs", in parameter "Plant", other plants still can be selected and the job can be scheduled without authorization error.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to Maintain Business Role to set (Write, Read, Value help) restriction against plant for business catalog SAP_SCM_BC_MRPRUN, restriction type : MRP Controller.

2. Assign the business role to a business user.

3. Use this business user to logon then go to app "Schedule MRP Runs".
   
   
4. Schedule a new job, in the parameter Plant, other plants can be selected as well.
   Also the job can be scheduled without authorization error. 

Taking one of the business catalog :SAP_SCM_BC_MRPRUN of app "Schedule MRP Runs" as example to explain the system behavior.
In Business Catalog app, under Restriction Type of SAP_SCM_BC_MRPRUN, only "Write" can be restricted, also the restriction only affects the selection of materials during the execution of scheduled MRP runs. It does not affect the visibility of scheduled MRP runs in the corresponding app.
Therefore, in the search help, other plants can be selected as well. However, even if they can be selected and the job can be scheduled, there will be no running result for the materials belonging to other plants. This is because the selection of materials is restricted per the restriction set in business role explained above.

This is the current system behavior.
