3036474 - In app "Schedule MRP Runs", other plants can be selected even if restriction has been set for specific plant

In the business catalog of app "Schedule MRP Runs", restriction has been set for specific plant in "Restriction Type" : MRP Controller.
However, when scheduling a new job in "Schedule MRP Runs", in parameter "Plant", other plants still can be selected and the job can be scheduled without authorization error.
