Symptom

While following SAP note 937697 you are facing the following error:

Please close all browser windows and re-logon with a user from the Administrators group. In case of a double stack installation ensure that the corresponding ABAP user is assigned to the role SAP_J2EE_ADMIN.
Currently, your user 'J2ee_Admin, ' is assigned as follows:
