3036518 - Unable to Locate Web Service QueryReadAccessLogIn for Use in Communication Arrangements

You are trying to follow the suggestion on the Enable Read Access Logging section of the SAP Help Portal and create a communication arrangement to download the RAL data, but cannot locate the QueryReadAccessLogIn service for selection during the communication arrangement setup.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Access the Communication Arrangements work center view.
3. Click the New button.
4. In the first step, there is no Query Read Access Log scenario to be selected in the list.

The QueryReadAccessLogIn web service is selectable at the communication scenario level, which be maintained before creating the communication arrangement.

 To set this up, please follow the below instructions:

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Access the Communication Scenarios work center view.
3. Click the New button.
4. Input a Communication Scenario Name (mandatory).
5. Click the Add Operations button.
6. In the prompt that will open with a list of Available Operations, you will be able to locate the Query Read Access Logs service.
7. Flag the checkbox on the left side under the Add Operation column, then click OK.
8. Click Save and Close.

With this done, you can now go back to the communication arrangements creation and select this newly created communication scenario to use the QueryReadAccessLogIn web service.
