3036712 - "Select Transaction Type" Popup displaying when creating a Solution Order - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Solution Orders cannot be created in spite of scope item 4GT (Solution Order) is activated. System doesn't allow to select any of transaction types.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to "Manage Solution Orders" App
2. Click "Create" button
3. "Select Transaction Type" popup displays

One possible reason is a lack of authorization that the role (For example, BR_SOL_ORDER_SPCLST) currently has "Write Access" set to "No Access."

Change "Write Access" to "Unrestricted" for the corresponding Business Role.
