• Error received in Business Process Tile when initiate onboarding from RCM using business rule to generate user id
• Error "Create External User The external user was not created because of an internal error. Please try again later. UUID:"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Rule with scenario Generate Employee ID for Hire/Rehire exists and it is added to ONB2Config as per implementation guide
2. Initiate onboarding from RCM for a candidate
3. Candidate does not appear in dashboard
4. Error is presented for candidate in Admin Centre > To - Do > Business Process
5. Error "Create External User The external user was not created because of an internal error. Please try again later. UUID:"

• Recruit to Hire mapping XML had one incorrect entry, for example:
  <mapping-attribute><source entity-type="application" refid="startDate"/><target refid="employmentInfo.hireDate"/></mapping-attribute>
  
  
• In Admin Centre > Manage Business Configuration > employmentInfo
  There is no field: employmentInfo.hireDate defined in Succession Data Model.

1. In Provisioning > Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template > Export > Submit
2. Open the xml file, remove the incorrect mappings, save the file
3. In Provisioning > Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template > Import > Submit
4. In the instance, restart error in Admin Centre > To - Do > Business Process
5. Candidate successfully visible in the dashboard
