3036936 - Custom tile is visible to all onboardees / offboardees - Onboarding

• The custom tile is visible to all employees but the tile should appear only to specific set of users as per the rule configured under Scenario: "Show New Hire Onboarding Content".
• For Example, Only offboarded employees should be able to see the custom tile and not all employees.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Create a custom tile and under navigation section set the toggle button to yes for Rule-based.
2. Select the Show new hire onboarding content from the drop down and select the rule configured.
3. Click on save.
4. Login as an onboardee or offboardee who should not see the tile.
5. Observe that they can see the tile.

• Currently this is not supported in Onboarding and the custom tile by default is visible to all employees.
