3037004 - Click to Sign not working in Signature step - Onboarding

Symptom

PDF form is configured and mapped correctly in Maintain Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 Document Templates. However, in Signature step when you click the button “Click to Sign” it doesn’t work.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as candidate
  2. Click Signature tile
  3. Once the form loaded, click the button “Click to Sign” and nothing happen

Cause

Missing Role-Based Permissions

Resolution

Permission “Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication” should be enabled for OnboardingExternalUser role

  1. Go to Manage Permission role
  2. Open OnboardingExternalUser
  3. Under Manage Integration Tools tick the checkbox for “Allow Admin to Access OData API through Basic Authentication”
  4. Save the changes
