3037434 - Smart Business or Remote Catalog tile displayed despite device type deselected in target mapping

Symptom

For tiles in remote catalogs (examples: Smart Business for Suite on HANA, Customer Activity Repository Analytics tiles)

  • Tiles display in the Fiori Launchpad home page and App Finder despite the device type being deselected in the target mapping
  • When clicked, user experiences the error: "Navigation not possible: the application is either not supported for your device or you have no permission to execute it.”
