You are using Cloud for Customer Outlook Add-In and would like to know how often the synchronization happen between Outlook and C4C.

Resolution

Methods for Syncing Objects from Outlook to SAP C4C:

  • Manual Updates: Saving an object manually triggers an immediate sync from Outlook to C4C. However, it may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in the C4C UI.

  • Automatic Sync: An auto-sync runs in the background every 5 minutes.

  • Manual Force Sync: Clicking Send/Receive forces an immediate synchronization of all queries.
