Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) High Availability (HA) connection fails with the following error (in the ljs_trace.log/scc_core.trc file):

#Failed to push account configuration
#Failed to push systemmappings
com.sap.scc.ha.HaHttpClientException: failed with 403 (Forbidden) An internal error occurred
at com.sap.scc.ha.HaHttpClientSession.checkStatusCode(HaHttpClientSession.java:196)
