3037967 - Onboarding tab is missing from the Dashboard - Onboarding 1.0

This KBA provides you information about one of the possible causes for the Onboarding tab to be missing.

SAP SuccessFactors - Onboarding 1.0

1.  Log into your instance. 
2.  Click "Home" to open the Dashboard:
   
   
3.  You will see that Onboarding is not appearing on the list. Onboarding tab is missing.

One of the possible causes is the disconnection between ONB and BizX. If this connection is not established, it's expected to have the tab missing. 

To check if the connection is well established, Provisioning (Back-end) Access is required.
