Symptom

You would like to hide the warning message Skills for this Ticket have been Redetermined in your Cloud for Customer system.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Service work center.
  2. Navigate to Tickets work center view.
  3. Search and Open any ticket.
  4. Edit the ticket.
  5. Click save.
  6. See the warning message.

Resolution

At the moment, it is not possible to suppress / hide this message in the Cloud for Customer system, although for some messages it is possible to change the message severity via the configuration in the implementation project.

This is the system expected behavior.
