3038096 - Modify Form Route Map - Adding a new step for a group of forms

Symptom

You have created a new step using the Modify form route map tool, Now you now want to drag and drop the new step in the route map.
This is possible when editing 1 form using the Modify form route map tool however this is not the case when updating a group of forms.

Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

1. In Admin Center search "Modify form Route Map"
2. Select your template and add a Group of forms
3. Select the group and click "Done"
4. Select "Add a step" and click "Next"

5. Name your new steps and add the required information
6. Notice there is no option to drag this newly created step up or down on the existing route map steps

Resolution

The design of modifying single form and modifying multiple form is different.
Though it is possible to drag and drop a newly created step when working with a single form, but it is not supported for a group of forms.

This is current system limitation.
