Offboard the Employee in EC and after completing Review Offboarding Information by the Manager, no offboarding tasks created
Environment
SAP Successfactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
1. Initiate offboarding for user
2. Complete Review Offboarding Information as Manager
3. After completion check Offboarding Dashboard
4. No Offboarding task created
Cause
Review Offboarding Information for employee is not yet completed
Resolution
Offboarding tasks will be created once employee or offboardee completed the Review Offboarding Information.
Proxy as offboardee and complete and click Review Offboarding Information tile and complete the step. Then all offboarding tasks will be created.
