3038108 - Offboarding Tasks not Triggered - Onboarding

After offboarding the employee in EC and completing the Review Offboarding Information step by the manager, no offboarding tasks are created.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate offboarding for the user.
2. As the Manager, complete the Review Offboarding Information step.
3. After completion, check the Offboarding Dashboard.
4. Confirm that no offboarding tasks have been created.

The ONB2_OFB_EmployeeReviewCheck for the employee has not yet been completed.

1. Offboarding tasks will be created once the employee (offboardee) completes the ONB2_OFB_EmployeeReviewCheck step.
2. Proxy as the offboardee, access the ONB2_OFB_EmployeeReviewCheck tile, and complete the step.
3. After completion, all offboarding tasks will be generated and become visible on the Offboarding Dashboard.
