3038161 - 0BPARTNER_ATTR: deleted business partner cannot be delta extracted

Symptom

The business partner has been deleted from the CRM/ISU system:

  • The Delete flag is set
  • Business partner and all its dependent objects are deleted from database table

However, such deletion cannot be recognized by a delta extraction.
