3038162 - IBP: Optimizer is not considering the calculated values of the optimizer cost key figures

Symptom

You need one (or multiple) optimizer cost key figure to be calculated based on an attribute it generates, for example, decimal costs/results. And although the planning view displays the correct results, it seems that the optimizer isn't considering or respecting these calculated costs.
