Symptom

catsbp trace ($ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/SAP202102_APPLY_<SID>_timestamp.log) shows error:

Prerequisite check failed:
Cause: Database component XDB has an invalid status UPGRADED.
Action: Open an SAP case using component BC-DB-ORA and provide
the log file generated by this script.

catsbp completed with errors, post-installation of this SAP Bundle
Patch is INCOMPLETE. Refer to the log file
$ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/SAP202102_APPLY_<SID>_timestamp.log
and to the catcon log directory
$ORACLE_BASE/cfgtoollogs/sqlpatch/SAP202102_APPLY_<SID>_timestamp.cc
for more information.
