3038366 - Activation of requests in an aDSO with a huge number of request fails

The request activation in an Advanced DataStore Object fails with one of the following symptoms:

• RSODSO_PROCESSING094 Error during in-memory activation
  SQL Code:129
  SQL Text: transaction rolled back by an internal error
  transaction rolled back by an internal error: fail ed to activate dso with persisted changelog: [41002] numeric value out of range: exceed the number of the parameters
• RSDRI_HDB002 exceed the number of the parameters
• RSODSO_IMOACT000 Serious error occurred: numeric value out of range: exceed the number of the parameters
• "TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED" dump in "CL_RSPM_PERSISTENCY_STANDARD==CP" bzw. CL_RSPM_PERSISTENCY_STANDARD==CM00C "IF_RSPM_QUERY_RETRIEVE~QUERY_REQUEST"

The activation process tries to activate more than ~10.000 Requests in one go. This can happen usually in planning scenarios (BPC), where data is regurarly written to the aDSO but no activation/cleanup is performed for a long time.
