3038415 - Key user extensibility in S/4HANA Cloud is temporarily disabled

You want to use the key user extensibility options in the Quality system.

Create/edit/delete buttons are disabled.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Access any of the key user extensibility applications(i.e. Custom CDS Views, Custom Analytical Queries,...)
2. Notice that creation/edition/deletion functionalities are disabled in the Q-system

The most likely cause will be the upgrade/hotfix deployment taking place over the weekend.
