3038690 - IBP: Outputs of the Inventory Optimization (IO) operators are null in a specific period

• After running the Multi-Stage Inventory Optimization (MSIO) and/or Calculate Inventory Components (CIC) operators, all of the output key figures from the operators are null in a specific period at the Calendar Week level in Excel planning view;
• However, outputs exist in the period before and the period after.
• Examples of the output key figures:  AVERAGESERVICELEVEL, RECOMMENDEDSAFETYSTOCK, PROPAGATEDDEMANDMEAN, PROPAGATEDDEMANDSTDDEV
