Symptom

Error "Upload error; validate CSV headers with fields of the object." occurs when uploading Contract template via Data Workbench

Environment

 SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench work center
  2. Select Import view
  3. Select Individual Object and Operation Update
  4. Select User Known ID and select Standard Object Contract
  5. Download template
  6. After maintaining the template, select Next
  7. Browse for the file and select Upload

Then error occurs.

Cause

In the odata service: 'Contract', already standard field has the label “Approval Status", and KUT extension field “ApprovalStatus_KUT" also has the same label “Approval Status".

Due to this, at the time of file upload raising an error message "Upload error; validate CSV headers with fields of the object."

Resolution

 Please change the KUT extension field label (or) delete the “Approval_Status" field from the template and upload the file.
