Symptom

System is not accessible for HTTP/HTTPS requests

In the dev_icm trace file the following messages appear:

[Thr <nr>] *** ERROR => premature end-of-file:possibly currupted cache file header [ictxxcache.c 3836]
[Thr <nr>] Invalid cache entry file '<..>'

[Thr <nr>] *** WARNING => CmIStorCreate_Disk: open(/usr/sap/<sid>/<instance name>/data/cache/<..>) took <nr> ms [ictxxcache.c 4399]

[Thr <nr>] *** WARNING => CmIStorRemove_Disk: close(/usr/sap/<sid>/<instance name>/data/cache/<..>) took <nr> ms [ictxxcache.c 4442]
