- When an internal or external user with a different language aside from English is invited into a JAM group, this user is redirected to the JAM homepage translated in their browser language.
- The user wasn’t asked to choose a default language and customer did not choose a country when they created the user (kept it blanked).
SAP JAM Collaboration
This is expected behavior
This is by design. When a user hasn't set his language preference, JAM will use the browser language settings. There is no company level settings to make it always as English.
