3039243 - Spain eDoc electronic submission failure - package eDocument: VAT Register Books for Spain

1. In EDOC_COCKPIT - eDocument Cockpit, you observe an error similar to below: 
   SOAP error code: {http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Server
   SOAP error text: Integration exception: class org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Could not generate the XML stream
   SOAP error text: caused by: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxIOException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path
   SOAP error text: building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid
   SOAP error text: certification path to requested target.
   PKIX path unable to find valid certification path to requested target
2. Issue happens with package eDocument VAT Register Books for Spain, which uses SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) as middleware.
3. Issue happens with iflow Communicate to SII
4. The messages in the iflow may look to be completed but the error in symptom 1 comes up in the log. 
5. The error message in CPI can also be like Inbound processing in endpoint at /SpainSIICommunicate-88-p50 failed with message "PolicyException:These policy alternatives cannot be satisfied:
