3039270 - OnError event not being triggered in Single Sign-On(SSO) scenario

Symptom

In an SSO scenario, user is seamlessly signed in to one site after signing in to another one in the site groups. If the user has missing required data in the current site ,  user will be presented with complete registration screen . If there are errors on submission, OnError event configured in UI Builder/Javascript are not getting called in such SSO scenario.
