3039274 - File name will be suffixed when transfer to a 3rd party application from SF

When a user upload different files but have same file name in SuccessFactors, each file name will contain suffix with XXX(1),XXX (2),etc...after being transferred to a 3rd party application.

1.  In SF, a user upload multiple files which have the same name XXX, for example in a People profile portlet of SuccessFactors.
2.  After those files being transferred to a 3rd party application, customer find that for a same user, file names will become XXX(1),XXX (2), XXX(3).etc.

Per confirmed with engineering team, file name convention for the same user is expected behavior.
The same user is not allowed to have duplicate file names for third-party integration, regardless the folders.

The workaround is to avoid upload file with duplicate name for same user, or modify file name in 3rd party application after files being transferred.
