Symptom

  • An upgrade was recently performed on the server.
  • Schedules that were previously successful to SFTP destinations begin failing.
  • destination_ftp: exception caught while connecting to ftp server [<sftpservername>]. Details: [Error stringres ID [41338]. Server fingerprint [<server host key fingerprint>] does not match provided fingerprint [<user fingerprint>].].
