3039299 - When clicking on a widget with an hyperlink used as a filter, the filter is applied to the whole story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behavioroccurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Hyperlink used as a filter propagates the filter to the whole story 

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.2

1. Open Sample Revenue Analysis sample
2. Go to page 3, Sales Manager Overview
3. Click on Edit
4. Click on Designer
5. ** Select Bottom 5 sales managers
6. ** Click on More (…) near Chart Structure
7. ** Select Hyperlink
8. ** Select

• Link to: Page
• Page: First Page
• Hyperlink Options:
     * Apply selected dimension as a filter, checked
     * Cascading effect: non checked

1. Click on Done
2. Click on one of the managers in the Bottom Sales Managers chart, select Jump to Page 1 link
3. As expected, filter is applied to Page 1
4. Click on Analysis (Page 2) tab
5. This too has been filter, as the filter activated by the hyperlink has been applied to the story

This behavior is by design, Hyperlink with Dimension as Filter will create a story filter based on the hyperlink on your selected dimension
