3039316 - Story blank screen issue due to incorrect Subject Name Identifier configuration in IAS

1. Access Report Center
2. Click New button
3. Select Report Story
4. Unable to open the tool

The Subject Name Identifier in IAS is incorrectly configured. The UUID from BizX must match the Custom Attribute in IAS. This variable is used to authenticate users in SAC when logging into BizX through IAS.

Make sure Subject Name Identifier is correctly set up in IAS: 

1. Open IAS Admin Console;
2. Go to Applications -> SF Analytics - <Your company ID>;
3. Open Subject Name Identifier
4. Make sure it is set to Expression and the subject name identifier value is ${customAttribute1}

For Apply Function to Subject Name Identifier make sure it is set to None for SF Analytics bundles under application. See Note 2954188 

Note: If you have multiple instances on the same IAS, the number of the custom attribute will change depending on the IPS transformation. See note 2954815
