3039598 - SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit Fiori App - Cannot Create Project

Symptom

In an SAP S/4HANA on-premise system, when opening the Fiori application “Migration Cockpit (new)” for the first time, the following message is displayed in the initial screen of the application:

  • "Cannot create project. Certain settings are required before projects can be created. Contact SAP for support by creating a ticket using component CA-LT-MC."

or

  • No System Alias found for Service 'ZMIG_MC_ODATA_SRV_0001' and user '[name of the user]'.

This message is displayed if there is an issue with the configuration of the front-end system.
