3039658 - No Receiving Inspection Document Created in Inbound Logistics

You expect a receiving inspection document should be created after inbound warehouse order in inbound logistics scenario but actually there is not.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Select work center Inbound Logistics, open view Purchase Orders.
2. Search Purchase order XXX (XXX stands for Purchase Order ID), click View.
3. Select tab Document Flow, select Extended Field in drop-down, click anchor on corresponding inbound warehouse order YYY (YYY stands for Warehouse Order ID), there is no following receiving inspection document.

You have checked below settings:

• Select work center Business Configuration, open view Implementation Projects. Select corresponding project, click Edit Project Scope, click Next until "4 Questions", expand Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics > Quality Assurance > Quality Control, the option "Do you want to inspect incoming material or products delivered by suppliers, or send quality assurance documents to your suppliers?" has been in scope already.
• Select work center Quality Planning, open view Inspection Plans, there is a corresponding inspection plan (Inspection Type: Receiving inspection - supplier delivery) for corresponding site has been active.
• Select work center Warehousing and Logistics Master Data, open view Logistics Models, find corresponding standard receiving logistics model XYZ (XYZ stands for Logistics Model ID), click Edit, Autonomic Inspection has been maintained in Inspection Process.

You have maintained Autonomic Inspection in Inspection Process in logistics model XYZ but have not released it yet.

1. Select work center Warehousing and Logistics Master Data, open view Logistics Models.
2. Select logistics model XYZ, click button Open Released Logistics Model, you can see for the active version, Autonomic Inspection is not displaying in the screen.

In corresponding logistics model, ensure Autonomic Inspection has been maintained in Inspection Process, click button Save and Release.
