3039772 - Scheduling an Table/Canvas Report on an hourly basis

How to schedule an Table report and Canvas Report on an hourly basis?

• SuccessFactors HXM CORE
• Report Center / Canvas Reports/ Table Reporting

Table:

• Navigate to Report Center
• Select View Schedule
• Schedule a Report in Report Center
• Observe that there is no option to schedule on an hourly basis

Canvas:

• Navigate to Report Center
• Select View Schedules from Report Center
• Switch to the Legacy Report Distributor
• Create a job
• Observe that there is no option to schedule on an hourly basis

The system is working as designed.

Table Reporting:

(Option to schedule a table hourly in report center is not currently available, please us the steps below to schedule in provisioning)

1. Create an Table Reports Export Job in provisioning
2. Under Job Occurrence & Notification you can select which hour at which to run the report, and you can use Ctrl-click to select multiple hours.  Simply select them all.

Canvas Reporting:

1. Navigate to Report Center and click View Schedules
2. Switch to Legacy Report Distributor
3. Create a bundle
4. Click on the Schedule tab
5. If you wish to schedule the reports for a higher frequency (hourly for example), multiple schedules will have to be set up.
