3039799 - Export jobs from SAC to BW system hanging and taking long time to process

• Scheduled jobs staying pending long time. 
• The jobs fail with the error "An error occurred while getting export result: Response from external server has status code of 503"
• A new job as well as the existing one generate the same error above. 
• SYSTEM - MONITOR - TRACE shows:

• "Please verify the SAP Cloud Platform Cloud Connector connection status under the SAP Cloud Platform account that is linked to your SAP Analytics Cloud system; and check the Cloud Connect...."

• "There is no SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) connected to your subaccount. Requested opening of a tunnel for subaccount..."

• 'Out of memory' error when SAP Cloud Connector was restarted.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.2.8

Run existing scheduled jobs or create a new one and run.

• Out of memory on BW system. That caused the export job pending and failure.
• T-code SBGRFCMON shows 'No more memory available to add rows to an internal table'

Apply NOTE 2936269 - No memory during export.

Reset the export jobs from failure after NOTE 2936269 is applied

1. In tcode RSPM_MONITOR, filter the data target with aDSO name, if there is any process in yellow, set it to red.
2. Go to check requests of the aDSO, if there is any yellow or red requests, delete them accordingly.
3. In tcode SBGRFCMON, check inbound unit with name RSBPC_ODATA_EXPORT. Make sure there is no red light. Delete the unit if it has a red light.
