3039917 - Error: "No user was found with the given username" in Manage External User Accounts - Recruiting Management

When importing a new user via Manage External User Accounts, the following error is displayed: "No user was found with the given username. Please note that username is case sensitive."

This can be caused for the following reasons:

• The username given does not exist on the UDF;
• The username exists but has been not provided correctly;

Please make sure that the user being provided indeed exists on the system UDF. Also take in mind that the username is case sensitive, make sure that the username is exactly as configured on the UDF.

Incorrect username: SFADMIN, Sfadmin, SFadmin & SfAdmin
