3040008 - "Print Preview" is grayed out in app Display Journal Entries

"Print Preview" is grayed out and cannot be selected in the app Display Journal Entries.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open app Manage Journal Entries or app Display Line Items in General Ledger, select one journal entry and navigate to app Display Journal Entries.
2. Choose More> "Document" > "Print Preview" or "Goto > "Display as List".
3. In some Journal entries, "print preview" is available, but some journal entries, "print preview" is grayed out and can't be selected.

The app Display Journal Entries is not designed to display the General Ledger View of a document. In other words, it is not possible to show "print preview" for documents without Entry View.
So for these Journal Entries that have Journal Entry Attribute/ Document Status = 'U' (Posting in General Ledger Only), the "print preview" is grayed out and cannot be selected.

As a workaround, please export to spreadsheet in App "Manage Journal Entries" or App "Display Journal Entries - in T Account View" for the Journal Entries without print preview. Then you may print the export.xlsx.
