Symptom

The installation/update of HANA Studio on Windows server failed with below error message:

 Cannot install
   Cannot install Microsoft C/C++ Runtime
     Starting external program <Install dir>\SAP_HANA_STUDIO\studio\msdev2010_vcredist_x64.exe
       Command line is: <Install dir>\SAP_HANA_STUDIO\studio\msdev2010_vcredist_x64.exe /q
       Program terminated with exit code 1612
