3040414 - Document storage bar from Manage Documents not appearing

When accessing Manage Documents, the storage bar does not appear

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Search for Manage Documents
3. Storage bar is missing/not visible

1. You haven't uploaded any attachment to the system hence no storage was consumed.
2. You have OpenText integrated to your system. 
   
   

For the possible causes,

1. Upload any document to the system or even click on the arrow up icon in Manage Document. Wait of a few hours and the bar should appear. 
2. If you have OpenText integration, the storage bar won't appear as the storage allocation is managed from OpenText side.
