3040414 - Storage allocation data not visible in Document Storage tab of Manage Documents tool

In the Document Storage tab from the Manage Documents tool, the storage allocation is not visible and displays "No data" instead.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to the Manage Documents tool.
2. They access the Document Storage tab.
3. Instead of displaying the storage allocation, "No data" appears:

1. No documents have been uploaded to the system, resulting in no storage consumption.
2. There is an integration with OpenText.

For the possible causes,

1. Upload any document to the system. Wait for a few hours, and the storage allocation should appear. 
2. If integrated with OpenText, the storage allocation will not display, as it is managed from the OpenText side.
