3040450 - 400 error message "userName must not be null or empty" when fetching the NEO subbacount users via the platform authorization management API

The Platform Authorization Management API allows you to manage the users authorized to access your subaccount in the Neo environment.

When you try to obtain the details of all the members of the provided subaccount using the platform authorization management API, you received the following error message in the response:
