3040913 - Missing JRDM When Creating Job Requisition via Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

When create a Job Requisition through Position Org Chart, a specific Job Requisition template is missing from the list.

1. To Org Chart/Company Info;
2. Position Org Chart;
3. Select a Position
4. Create a Job Requisition from this Position

This is caused by some missing Field Definitions on the affected Job Requisition template. The following fields are required in order to setup Position Integration:

• id
• title
• recruiterName
• numberOpenings
• std_position_obj and/or positionNumber

Please make sure to define the fields described on the Cause section if you are implementing Position Integration or creating a new Job Requisition template.

NOTE: This KBA will only handle one specific cause, as explained above. Job Requisition template will also NOT appear in case the RBP permissions are not granted correctly and the rule definition is setup as expected. Please refer to the See Also section for other related issues on missing templates.
