3040925 - SAP S/4HANA 2020 - QM Action box issue: Send Mail with Attachment does not work (popup 'Create Document and Send' is missing)

Symptom

  •  In transaction QM01 / QM02 the action box is used to send a mail with attachment.

    However, the last popup - with title 'Create Document and Send' - to send the actual mail is missing and the transaction is left.
