3040949 - Employee Referral Email Notification Format - Recruiting Management

When referring a friend to a job in the internal Career Site, the email notification received by this friend has too big spaces between rows.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to the internal Career Site
2. Search for Jobs
3. Click on Take Action
4. Refer friend to job
5. Enter all the details
6. Click on Send
7. The email received by the friend has too much space between rows

This is an expected behaviour. It seem that empty lines in the source may be interpreted as line breaks when the email is sent. 

Edit the HTML code of the email template by clicking on Source. Re-type the content and remove the <p> but add <BR> to make a new line and to do that you need to use SHIFT+ENTER to make a new line.
