3040976 - Error message when scheduling a report via 3rd party SFTP – Report Center

When scheduling a report in Report Center to a 3^rd party SFTP surface the error message “Cannot establish FTP connection via sftp”.

1. Access Report Center;
2. Click in three dots edit button in a canvas report or table report;
3. Schedule via SFTP;
4. Fulfill all the mandatory fields;
5. When trying to schedule will pop out the error message;
6. "Cannot establish FTP connection via sftp".

For some datacenters it is needed add the 3rd party SFTP to an outbound allowlist.

Hence, this customer is not added to the outbound allowlist in the SAP datacenter.

The configuration must be set correctly per KBAs below 2721217 on report center and on 2283199 Report Distributor and the allowlisting must be correct on both sides.
