3041015 - PWT replication not replicating all expected values to Infotype 0007

Symptom

Your ECP system is currently on release 2H 2020 (EA-HR SP 86) or later, and you have set up a dummy work schedule as per KBA 2984800 to ensure that all average working hours and days are replicated directly from EC. However, not all the expected fields are filled by the replication from EC, and some fields contain 0 values.
