3041103 - Restriction of selection of future date when creating requisitions from Positions

While creating a requisition from position, future dates should not be selectable in the 'date of the requisition' field.

1. Log in to the instance
2. Click Org Chart--> Position org chart
3. Select any position and then click on 'Create Job Requisition'
4. In the pop up wizard , in the field 'Date of New Job Requisition', you can enter today' date or the any future date.

This is an expected behaviour. There is no validation to restrict the selection of future date while creating a requisition. Only the past dates cannot be selected
