3041339 - Completed Purge Request Still Showing Preview Report File - Recruiting Management

Completed DRM/DRTM Purge Requests are still showing Preview Report files, which contains candidate data, therefore it's not compliant.

The Preview Report file, along with the Complete Report file, will not be deleted automatically. If you need to need to delete these fields, please refer to the Resolution section.

To delete both Preview Report and Complete Report, you need to manually delete them. If your user don't have the following option to delete the files, please contact your admin user to grant the following permissions:

RBP Permissions:

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role
3. Under Administrator Permissions, find Manage Data Purge
4. Select the following options: "Remove Preview and Complete Reports for Legacy Data Purge Request" & "Remove Preview and Complete Reports for DTRM Data Purge Request"

NOTE: Please log out and log in again to refresh the RBP changes.
