3041390 - User/Audit Logs Are Not Available For Some Standard Scenarios

In Utilities, you have observed that User logs are not available for some standard scenarios.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Utilities work center.
2. Navigate to Premise work center view.
3. Search and Open any premise.
4. In the following scenarios, you can see that there is no User/Audit logs available:
1. Change Move-In, Change Move-Out;
2. Service Order Edit;
3. Utilities Meter Reading Estimate with Validations;
4. Cancel Move-In, Cancel Move-out;
5. Create Customer in MVI GAF. 

Please find below the availability of User/Audit logs for the mentioned scenarios:

• Change Move-In, Change Move-Out: Supported. Value available in Request-IvAudit-CodUname;
• Service Order Edit: Supported. Value available in Request-IvAudit-CodUname;
• Utilities Meter Reading Estimate: Since this is not a Write operation, User logs are not supported here. Please request in the idea forum in case this is essential;
• Cancel Move-In, Cancel Move-out: Supported. Value available in Request-IvAudit-CodUname;
• Create Customer in MVI GAF: Supported. Value available in Request-XAudit-CodUname.
