3041392 - Onboarding Business Rule for Task Assignment Not Triggering - Onboarding 2.0

One or more of your Onboarding business rules are not getting triggered.

This will be different based on the rule scenario, but let's take as an example the rule for Assign New Hire Data review;  

1. Initiate Onboarding for RCM;
2. Check your new hire in Onboarding Dashboard;
3. The task was not assigned to the responsible group set in the rule conditions.

There are different causes for this problem, in this KBA we will review the one related to data mismatch in the rule settings. 

A common mistake related to this problem is to set a filter for Job Information > Country by using the country name.  

For above scenario, you must always use the ISO-3 Country code. For above problem the resolution is to use the code ARG instead of Argetina.
